how it works
Vendors will post their inventory by Monday night each week. The online store will typically open on Tuesday mornings and close at the end of the day on Thursdays. Vendors begin dropping items off at the hub on Friday and fresh items are dropped off early on Saturday mornings.

Customers will pick up their boxes on Saturdays. (Initially, pickup times will be 9-12 on Saturday mornings for the first four weeks, but they will change as we learn and grow.) When you come to pick up your bin of groceries, you will need to make a one-time purchase of a KCM Food Hub+ grocery bin. Returning customers will simply exchange their empty bin for a full one!

The KCM Food Hub+ will begin with a soft opening on Wednesday, November 12. The store will be open until Thursday night. For our first 4 weeks, we will open the store to 100 customers. On December 13, we hope to open up to more customers. Our capacity in this first season is 500 customers.

Once you've made your purchase, you can pick up at the Komoka United Church at 110 St. Lawrence Ave. in Komoka, ON.

We are located only minutes west of London. Also conveniently close to the 402, and neighbouring towns of Delaware, Mt. Brydges, Strathroy, and Ilderton.

What are the pickup days/hours?
-At this time, we are planning to be open for pickup between 9 and noon on Saturdays. ​We will adjust this as needed, in order to make things as smooth as possible for the customer.

Is pick up easy?
- Yes! You do not even have to leave your car! Our volunteers will take your name, collect your empty grocery bin, and bring your order out to you.

Is there a service fee?
- There is only a $5.00 service fee for collecting all of your local goods. Next year we hope to have a subscription option to help regular customers save money on weekly fees.
